Even if you are only 1% dehydrated, your energy levels will drop by greater than 10%.
There are a couple of things you can do to best manage this.
Firstly, please ensure you are drinking the required 2-3L of water every day as well as adding salt to meals (provided there are no kidney issues).
To address your electrolytes, we recommend that you make up the following drink and consume it over the next couple of days:
To a 2L jug of water, add the following:
-1 teaspoon salt (addresses your sodium intake)
-1 heaped teaspoon of Ultra Muscleze Night magnesium powder if you have this available (also on our online shop)
-Juice of 1 large lemon
Shake it up each time and drink 2 x 250ml glasses each day for the next 4 days to assist with replenishing electrolytes.
