The timing and volume of your coffee consumption can have a profound impact on your health and weight.
A maximum of 2 caffeinated drinks can be had prior to midday on the program. This includes coffee (black or with pure cream), green or black tea and decaffeinated varieties.
Excess caffeine consumption, as well as consumption after midday will interrupt your REM sleep (dreaming, memory forming, creativity) and Deep Sleep (repair & recovery), and consequently impact your Circadian Rhythm.
