Logging a detailed diary entry for each of your meals is an important part of your program. It enables our team to provide you with the most tailored feedback and guidance as needed.
π Where to Find the Diary Entry Tool
- Enter into your program.
- Navigate to your Menu Planner.
- In the top left corner of each meals menu planner, youβll see a checkbox labelled βLog a Diary Entry.β
βοΈ How to Complete a Diary Entry
Once you select the checkbox, a drop-down form will appear. Be sure to press save after entering.
Here you can log:
- All foods and beverages consumed
- Portion sizes/quantities
- Meal timings
- Any condiments, sauces, or extras
- Exercise details (including type, duration, and intensity)
